Our 20,180-square-foot building is equipped with cutting-edge labs and kitchens, including specialized pasta, chocolate and fermentation laboratories, as well as a custom wood-burning pizza oven. The facility also features an educational restaurant and pastry shop, complemented by both indoor and outdoor dining areas. We have a growing cabinet and raised beds to promote farm-to-table practices. Additionally, our innovation kitchens will support new programs in fermentation science and beverage management in the future.
